Andy Romero is a Kansas City based cinematographer, whose experience behind the camera encompasses a wide range of work. He began his career working on television shows for various cable networks, eventually branching out into other areas such as documentary and high-end corporate work. However, it’s the creative nature of commercials, viral and music videos that allow Andy to showcase his talents, and his natural enthusiasm for his craft. That passion has resulted in award-winning work and national recognition.

A member of the Digital Cinema Society (DCS), Andy continually seeks out opportunities to work with the industry’s most current tools and technologies. His eagerness and his ongoing pursuit for striking visuals have led him to attain a level of proficiency across a broad spectrum of formats. This proficiency includes, but is not limited to - 4k digital acquisition, green and blue screen visual effects, and high-speed photography.

Andy’s work style has many attributes: a steady flow of innovative ideas, a thorough knowledge of lighting and image manipulation, and expertise in digital capture and workflow processes. Yet, the hallmark of his work lies in composing and capturing beautiful and effective imagery that support the underlying story.
